Cape Town Lungo intense profile is achieved combining high quality Robusta and Arabica beans from India and Mexico. It is our most intense lungo coffee. To obtain its unique aromatic profile, we apply a traditional split roast. Indian and Mexican Robustas are separated by origin for more precise results and roasted to a medium degree. The Arabica beans are roasted to a darker degree for extra intensity. In your cup, Cape Town Lungo displays lively spicy and woody notes and a sharp intensity coming from its powerful Robusta beans.
